Welcome to Extreme Jet Skis, Kayaks & Paddleboards, LLC. By renting our equipment, booking services, or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or renting any watercraft from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, cancellation of services, or legal action.
2. Rental Requirements
2.1 Age & License Requirements
Jet ski renters must be at least 21 years old.
Renters must have a valid government-issued ID and meet state boating license requirements.
Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available to anyone 18 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
2.2 Safety Rules
All renters must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while using our equipment.
Operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Renters must follow all local, state, and federal boating laws.
2.3 Equipment Use & Responsibility
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment during their rental period.
Any jet ski flipped for more than 10 minutes will be considered a sinking hazard, and recovery and damage fees will apply.
If the equipment is returned late, additional late fees may be charged.
3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept all major credit cards, cash & check.
3.2 Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
No refunds for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early returns.
We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. In such cases, we will offer a full refund in the amount of a gift card or reschedule.
4. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
All participants must sign a liability waiver before renting any equipment.
Renters understand and accept that water sports involve inherent risks, including injury, drowning, or death.
Extreme Jet Skis, Kayaks & Paddleboards, LLC is not liable for personal injuries, lost or damaged personal items, or accidents resulting from negligence, improper use, or failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Weather & Safety Policy
Rentals may be delayed or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds).
If weather conditions change after departure, renters must return immediately for their safety.
6. Damage Fees & Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500 is required for jet ski rentals.
Renters are responsible for all repair and recovery costs if the watercraft is damaged, lost, or flipped for an extended period.
Charges will be applied to the original payment method or collected separately.
7. Prohibited Activities
Reckless driving, racing, or stunts are strictly forbidden.
Jet skis must not be operated in restricted zones or environmentally protected areas.
Towing activities (e.g., tubing, wakeboarding) are not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary for bookings and legal compliance.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
